OUR NO RETURN/REFUND POLICY

In the instance of needing to return/refund your order, this is not something we can offer. All products are sold with an advertised no return policy and all sales are final after purchase.

This includes customers who have read the lead times and agreed at checkout, items that have been received and are no longer wanted, this includes items that have been used. All sales are final.

If you have a product that has been damaged, or broken in the instance of use, or installation, we are more than happy to help, as we stand behind all of our products for lifetime warranty.
